From Wheelersburg
to the B-2 Program
Kendall Noxsel was born in 1960 and grew up in Wheelersburg, a small town on the Ohio River in the rural, southern part of the state. He earned his degree at Eastern Kentucky University in 1983, then moved west to California in 1985 to break into the aerospace industry.
As a manufacturing engineer, he worked on the highly classified B-2 Stealth Bomber program at Northrop Corporation, then went on to the MD-11 program at McDonnell Douglas. In 1991 he shifted course, moving to Mar Vista in West LA and building a therapeutic massage practice that he still runs today.
